The fourth chakra, known in Sanskrit as Anahata, is located in the region of the heart center and encompasses the heart, thymus, and lungs. When essence of gold (which is present in our Anahata™ Blend) is added, the heart chakra becomes the master chakra, having the ability to nurture and affect all other energy centers.
Key ingredients: While Shanti Kai blends are proprietary, a few key ingredients include emerald, blue jade vine, and kunzite.

Suggestions
