Certain gemstones driving this essence help strengthen the energy fields of various physical components. Rhodochrosite for instance has traditionally been thought to work on energetic levels to promote healthy blood and muscles, another gemstone works on the brain, bones, and nervous system, and so on. Plants are smart. They sit outside unprotected and yet can derive the nourishment they need to survive and at the same time stave off parasites and potential invaders. Suggestions
Spray: 3-5 sprays 2x/day or as needed or desired. May be especially beneficial over lymph nodes, throat, and inside mouth. Shake well to activate.
We recommend using it multiple times per day, or when needed or desired, up to 3 weeks before travel, cold and flu season, stressful times (i.e. “busy seasons”), seasonal changes (like now), and of course when you know there may be change on the horizon.
You can spray inside the mouth; our spray has 2 drops of therapeutic grade (safe for oral consumption) Clove Essential Oil and Orange Essential Oil (so it may have a bit of a kick to it.). You can add it to your water bottle and drink throughout the day or take several drops under the tongue when you awaken, before bed, and in general when needing increased “stress defense”.
