As this essence is loaded with over 5 types of garnet in addition to evoking the energy of red, it also carries a lot of the same energetic attributes of its key component: Garnet. May balance and/or alleviate issues associated with the root and second chakras. Such issues may include issues related to sexuality, emotional discord, vitality, and strength. Also is said to strengthen the heart, liver, kidney, & thyroid chakras, and physical and emotional subtle bodies.

Suggestions
